Hongrun Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd is one professional consulting company who provides specific finance, taxation and commercial solution to the enterprise and social organization of mainland China and Hongkong. With the continuous economic development of China, the company accumulates a certain quantity of customers, at the same time the company?s weakness is also very obvious mainly as bellows: the company acquires the order relying mostly on consultants as master level; lot of consultants are with limited actual practice and limited consult ing knowledge; marketing expenses spent are less; service concepts throughout the whole process of service still needs to be enhanced; resource of college is not utilized fully; resource of network and media is not utilized fully. Under the background of q uickly developed consulting industry, the company can not acquires more customers and the company?s further development is limited leading the company urgently need to conduct and plan the scope matched with development strategy.The paper applies theories related to strategy management to Hongrun Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Firstly, the paper takes the PEST analysis method to macro and industry environment analysis of the company and gets the conclusion that the company is still in advantaged opportunity of consulting industry rapid development; Secondly, the paper takes Potter five forces analysis to analyze the company?s resource, capability then gets the conclusion that the company?s accumulated successful experience during ten year?s service to medium-sized, small enterprises and excellent reputation acquired from the service to the customer is the company?s core competition ability, meanwhile, the paper also points out that there is a certain problems which consequently affects the compan y?s core competition ability; Thirdly, the company takes SWOT analysis method to select, finalize the company?s strategy and the paper suggests the company takes vertical promotion strategy, at the same time, the company should set up differentiation strat egy, brand strategy, strategic alliance strategy to expansion and development for the purpose of realizing vertical promotion strategy; Finally, the paper puts forward series of strategy guarantee measures to ensure the strategy realized including organiza tion guarantee measure, talent guarantee measure, financial investment guarantee measure, resource database guarantee, marketing guarantee measure.The research results of this thesis have practical value on Hongrun Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd to set up development strategy in future. They also have reference value for consulting companies with similar size as Hongrun.
