Research On Operation Administration Maintenance Of Ningxia Telecom Mobile Network

Since the telecommunication companies complete regroupment,Ningxia Telecom has been operating all scope services for six years. The company gets a great achievement on O&M system constructions, institution improvements, O&M method creations, O&M platform constructions and applications, HR cultures etc. O&M department provides a good support on customer service and marketing development.But it is still facing to some problems, like deficiency of basic O&M capacity, lack of O&M methods, antiquated thought and knowledge of stuffs, when the network elements increase rapidly and large amount of new technology turns out.Ningxia Telecom must work out the development strategy on operation administration maintenance (OAM) to build a superior mobile network.In the thesis, the OAM status of Ningxia Telecom mobile network are investigated by scene investigation and data analysis.
