In recent years,Chongqing people's living standards continue to improve,making the upgrading of household appliances faster and faster,which brings the rapid growth of electrical and electronic waste.Electronic waste contains rich recyclable resources,standardized and effective recycling,which has considerable economic and social benefits.However,it will cause permanent pollution of the environment if disposed improperly.As a municipality,though Chongqing has a higher level of economic development,it has not yet established a scientific and standardized recycling network system,and this has become an important constraints factor of social and environmental sustainability.So the study of electrical and electronic waste recycling network system in Chongqing has a direct relevance,and theoretical reference value to promote environmental protection and resource conservation,comply with the requirements of circular economy and sustainable development,and promote the industrialization of waste and electrical and electronic sustainable development.This paper mainly studied in the following aspects: firstly,based on research,it combed the status of Chongqing electrical and electronic waste recycling network system;the phenomenon of disorder recovery and disposal extensive by various market players shows that Chongqing has not yet established a comprehensive recycling network system.Secondly,by using survey data and statistical yearbook data,introducing BP neural network model combined with market supply A Model,we predicted the total amount of electrical and electronic waste and spatial distribution between 2015 and 2025 in Chongqing.Then,we divided the electrical and electronic waste recycling network into recovering integration and processing integration in accordance with the basic functions,and we further divided it into four recycling network,including collection points,storage stations,processing centers,the disposal site.And the paper constructed AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and cost minimization geographical location model depending on the characteristics of recovering integration and processing integration,and obtained the basic model of Chongqing electrical and electronic waste recycling network.Finally,Based on the main responsibility,recovery mode,laws and regulations,government subsidies,public participation,the paper provides the recommendation for building and stably operating the recycling network system.Furthermore,we summarizedthe thrust and inadequate of the article,which provides a foundation for future research to do the groundwork.The main conclusions of this paper include: Chongqing electrical and electronic waste growth with an average annual growth rate of 17.31 percent in the next decade.It proposed four network modes for electrical and electronic waste recycling network system in Chongqing,establishing a recycling point for each township;setting up a storage station for each county;and building a processing center in Jiulongpo,Bishan,Fuling,Wanzhou of Chongqing;and establishing a disposal site in Bishan,Wanzhou of Chongqing.
