Along with the progress of the society, economy has the constant development. More and more the electronic products enter into the families. However it produces electronic waste objects, causing serious pollution of the environment, leading to a series of social problems. Building an electronic waste recycling of reverse logistics network is a great practical significance. If the design of reverse logistics network is reasonable, essentially the reverse logistics operation is feasibility. Therefore, the design of reverse logistics network is one of the important tasks in the research. This paper analyses the achievements and deficiencies of the scholar research. Considering the uncertain factors of reverse logistics, it optimizes the model of reverse logistics network and makes a corresponding solution, the main research work summarized as follows:This paper firstly summarizes the research purposes and significance of the reverse logistics, and describes the research situation at home and abroad. This paper introduces foreign articles in qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Throughout the whole development process of logistics, it describes the definition and characteristics of reverse logistics in different angles. The reverse logistics are classified differently according to the different characteristics.Secondly, constructing the reverse logistics network is introduced. Factors driving are summarized from external environment .It considers the relations, the uncertainty, environmental pollution and cost-income issues from the enterprise internal effects. From aspects of the concrete implementation, it considers problems of reverse logistics network which should be solved, including node distribution, transportation, inventory, removal and operation mode. It pays attention to principles in designing the whole network, which including the optimal principle, the overall coordination principle , the principle of economy, etc. considering all elements, It establishes a reverse logistics network framework, which suits for electronic waste objects recovery.Finally, according to the reverse logistics network framework, it establishes the deterministic mixed integer linear programming model of reverse logistics network. It analyses the uncertainty, introduces the uncertain variable, and establishes an uncertain mixed integer linear programming model. The model uses the chance constrained processing and lingo software to solve, which verified by an example is the feasibility.
