With the huge number of and the rapid upgrading and renewing of electronicproducts, e-waste is increasing quickly. In addition, environmental issue and resourcesrecycling have been paid more and more attention, so the problem of e-waste recoverycan not been ignored.Taking the case of waste mobile phone as an example, this paper studied e-wastereverse logistics network planning with qualitative and quantitative methods. Throughliterature reviews and theory research, combined with the characteristics of wastemobile phone recycle, this paper summarized the operational mode of waste mobilephone reverse logistics network and the recycle process of waste mobile phone. Besides,an integer non-linear programming model was put forward, which is also amulti-objective model, its objectives include to minimize cost, to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction and environmental benefit. Finally, this paper analyzed wastemobile phone data from Shananxi province. With the help of LINGO software, thispaper discussed the effect of different recycling rate of waste mobile phone and facilitycapacity constraint on the number and location of reverse logistics network node andthe volume of logistics.
