The rapid development of electronic commerce lead to the fact that consumers are increasingly inclined to buy things through the network. Product, price and service are the main points in the competition between the e-commerce enterprises. Timely and convenient logistics service can attract more consumers when the difference of products' quality and price is not large. Although e-commerce has promoted the development of logistics industry which provide distribution service for it, the current level of domestic logistics can not meet demand for logistics service, this situation greatly restrict the development of e-commerce. In order to improve this situation, many domestic enterprises has joined the construction of the self-run logistics to solve the distribution problem of last mile, such as JD, Dangdang; some enterprises join to logistics alliance, such as Alibaba; others adopt to the combination of self-run and outsourcing, such as Amazon China and 1 store. However, each model has advantages and disadvantages.Combining with the development of electronic commerce both at home and abroad, this thesis made a research in the following aspects:First, the definition and classification of electronic commerce is presented, based on that make an analysis of e-commerce and logistics distribution at home and abroad.Secondly, this thesis expounds the main logistics modes, namely the third party logistics mode, self-run logistics mode and the logistics alliance mode, make an analysis of each logistics mode and their respective advantages and disadvantages, to provide the reference for e-commerce enterprises.On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, this thesis discusses the factors B2 C e-commerce enterprises considered in the logistics mode selection, it includes macroeconomic factors such as the development of online shopping market and the service level of the third party logistics, it also includes microscopic factors such as its own scale, enterprise demand for logistics services, the logistics service capability cost. This thesis constructs mathematical model about cost with orders as the variable, referring third party logistics and self-support logistics, select logistics mode through the comparison of two models cost function and quantitative analysis model. In addition, it constructs the evaluation index system of logistics mode from the qualitative and quantitative points, expounding the factors should be considered when make a choice of logistics mode. To the combination of third party logistics and self-run logistics, it also constructs mathematical model to explore the influence of risk attitude both to e-commerce utility and the third party's utility when demand is uncertain, and make an analysis of that trend through the numerical experiment, illustrate the results combining with the actual situation.Finally, in view of the difficulties and demand situation when e-commerce conducts self-run logistics face, puts forward suggestions for the development of e-commerce logistics, and provides reference for the e-commerce enterprise.
