The Logistics Based On The E-commerce Platform

E-commerce is the important driving force of the world's economic development and the key field for national economic growth. Along with the development of the Internet and its escalation, gets rapid development. As an important component of the e-, logistics faces enormous opportunities and challenges. E-commerce is a new economic model and it has a strong vitality. Its rapid development brings innovative forms of transactions particularly the changes in circulation patterns. Modern logistics in the e- commerce environment provides the strategies of the logistics field on time, so that the logistics tends to be informal, automotive, intelligent, and integration and makes a huge impact on the traditional concept of logistics, the way of the logistics'operation, transportation and inventory. E-commerce and modern logistics has become an important means of competitive advantage of a modern enterprise system.This paper is about the modern logistics and the development of the logistics at home and abroad under e-commerce. Analyzing the relationship between logistics and e-commerce and briefly describing the emerged third-party and 4PL services. In the basis of these, the paper focuses on the modern logistics operating systems and information system under the e-commerce environment. And it studies the better used or already matured logistics informational techniques under e-commerce environment. And with the support of the theory, the preliminary design principles and models of a new logistics'key components distribution center is put forward, including the location of the logistics distribution centers, the operating processes of the logistics distribution center, operation regional and the logistics informational System.
