Changsha City Logistics Needs Analysis, And Countermeasures

With the rapid development of economic globalization, enterprises are acquiring their production materials and selling their products more and more widely in the world. A profound revolution in the way of merchandise's production, circulation and transaction is taking place. Meanwhile, the modern Logistics industry, as an advanced organization way and management technology, is being used by various countries. The city of Changsha is a middle provincial capital city with obvious transportation superiority. Its government takes it as a goal to build a city with the character of advanced Logistics industry, accelerates the step ofdevelopment in modern logistics. It has become one of the four experimentation cities that will be performing the reform of logisticssocialization for medium and small-sized enterprises.Beginning with the definition of the basic conception, this paper introduces the fundamental theories of the third party's logistics, Logistics Park, distribution center, etc. After analyzing the current situation and the existing problems in the Changsha's modem logistics, this paper forecasts the demand of the amount of cargo (highway traffic volume, railway traffic volume and water transportation volume) by the tools of Gray Model and linear regression. At last, according to the local conditions of Changsha's logistics, this paper puts forward somestrategies from three aspects of logistics infrastructure, platform of public logistics information and the soft climate of logistics.
