With the increase of consumers' awareness of health and healthy consumption, tea, as one of the world's three major health drinks, is favored by consumers gradually. Jiangxi province with superior ecological environment is the core area of tea industrial district in the world. However, tea production of Jiangxi province cannot yet compare with the tea production of some other major tea producing province, like Fujian province, Zhejiang province, and Yunnan province. This thesis will put forward some countermeasures to improve the small tea-industrial development and to promote the economic development by analyzing the background, the industrial environment, and the operation status of tea production of Wugong Mountain in Anfu County.This thesis is based on some related theories of modern enterprise development strategy to analysis Wugong Tea Factory in multi-level and multi-angle and to put forward countermeasures for the development of Wugong Tea Factory and for the development of some regional tea production at home and abroad. Firstly, this thesis analyses tea industrial development both at home and abroad. Secondly, this thesis combines PEST analysis with Porter's “diamond model” to analyses the developing environment of Wugong Tea Factory. Thirdly, this thesis make a comprehensive analysis of the development of Wugong Tea Factory by using SWOT analysis and determine the developing strategies of Wugong Tea Factory. Lastly, this thesis has mainly adopted theory- studying method, literature review method, empirical method, and case study method, mainly apply the successful mode of Anji White Tea, to find development problems and to put forward some targeted measures for the development of Wugong tea production.
