Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development both of the regional economic integration and the globalization of world economy, it becomes fierce competitive environment in global market. The equipment manufacturing enterprise has been facing the continuous higher labor cost, material cost and management cost, facing the increasingly higher products quality requirements, facing the products specialization and the constantly rising value of expectation from the customer. The enterprise must strengthen the lean management at the aspects of procurement management and control. How to organic combine the supply chain management and project management, to build up a set of high-efficiency procurement management strategy to be in line with the actual status of project, it is the important point of this article research.This thesis makes the analysis and demonstration under the condition of supply chain regarding the project purchasing management to the equipment manufacturing enterprise. In this thesis, it takes an example of company B to make a sound analysis and exposition of the related theories both supply chain and project management, to analyze each character to verify the significance of the joint of the two theories. Based on the theories, the strategy analysis is specific to the textile mechanical equipment manufacturing enterprise’s project procurement. This article gives the analysis of the status of company B and the project purchasing problem under the supply chain, which raise the improvement and optimization regarding the purchasing strategy.Company B is the supplier of man-made fiber equipment. It belongs to the project manufacture and engineering management enterprise. Because it is the project of making to design and manufacturing, the procurement must be special to the project management. It has the more complicated and higher standard compare to the normal purchasing or simple making to manufacture. Company B is the leading company at the Industry Sector, which has too much good experience of success at management, but it still has the growing up space. This article mainly focuses on the importance point and problem analysis of the lean supply chain management. The problem is from 4 aspects: The first point is the storage and delivery problem of project purchasing management. The second point is the existing problem of ERP system under the project management. The third point is the project purchasing cost control and management. The fourth point is the project purchasing management flow. In the following chapter, the thesis puts forward the effective purchasing strategy and solution. For example: It must be deeply under the lean supply chain to develop the MTO. To improve the ERP system matched to the lean supply chain mode and project purchasing mode, taking the strategy of cost down of purchasing, pushing the strategy management of supply Company, and to take the process re-engineering by organizing and coordinating the project management team. By the optimized strategy, Company B will get the big improvement and development at storage, delivery, cost, and management flow.The writer would like to provide some valuable reference and suggestion at the project procurement strategy of the textile machinery equipment manufacturer, to give some direction to the similar company to win the good chance under the drastic competition of market. I hope that the thesis could give some suggestion to ensure Company B to keep the advantage at the global man-made fiber equipment industry.
