This thesis focuses on supply chain management in manufacturing enterprises andsolutions related. Lean supply chain management originated from the unprecedentedinternal and external competition environment in the manufacturing firm, it can helpmanufacturing enterprises to have access nature of the leap of the supply chainmanagement-level. After a long time practice of baptism and conversion, lean supply chainmanagement really optimized for enterprise to enhance operational efficiency of supplychain, improve production quality and saving operating costs.As we all know, medical equipment manufacturing enterprises not only encounterhistorical opportunities, but also inevitably faced with a huge challenge. Objective ofChina’s economic development environment, the development trend of the globalization ofthe world economy, the current competitive environment the manufacturing enterprise facewith. It requires enterprises must be reasonable to have integration and optimization ofexisting resources to promote sustainable development of enterprises. Ways to transformmedical equipment manufacturing enterprises, it can be implemented to increaseinnovation and development of products, the implementation of lean management andoptimization of supply chain management measures.This article made by elaborating on the supply chain, the supply chain management,and lean supply chain management concepts, as well as domestic and international supplychain management theories; analysis of the core elements of the lean supply chainmanagement framework, namely the establishment of the strategic alliance of the supplychain, to establish5S management operations level optimization; to establish the QIP(Quality Improvement Project) system; to establish continuous improvement in the supplychain management, Through developing lean production to verify the value and feasibilityof lean supply chain management optimization for medical equipment manufacturingenterprises. As “KeTai” for instance, analysis on supply chain management to optimize theexisting motivation and access problem-solving methods, described in detail for theimportant issues of the supply chain management encountered in the process of "KeTai “company specific implementation and show the superiority by using of lean supply chainmanagement to solve the related issues. Based on the Lean supply chain managementoptimization to manufacturing enterprises breakthrough changes and improvements, Use"KeTai " company as a case study, in which have a certain reference significance andpractical value of the medical equipment manufacturing enterprises can promote themedical manufacturing enterprises in China transform from the world’s foundry into "Madein China" as soon as possible.This article use "KeTai" subsidiary in Shanghai for example, in its state-of-the-artsupply chain management concept based on its architecture and resource optimization,supply chain management to improve efficiency and reduce the cost of the supply chainmanagement, making systematic management the operation of the enterprise, to maximizethe overall effectiveness. This article is also available as a case of wholly foreign-ownedenterprises in China as well as local medical devices manufacturing enterprises in leansupply chain management process.
