The environment of the business enterprise inner part and the exterior has changed than It made the business enterprise competition rule to change completely .The lean approach and Supply chain management becomes the important mine of the competition advantage .The way of comformity the lean approach and supply chain management method become the key of a business keep on the short-term advantage and long-lerm advantage.This thesis made a analysis of the business enterprise present condition in China, analyzed the position of Chinese manufacturing industry in the world, also gave a concrete data to explain a lot of lost in the manufacture course . China is a big country of the manufacturing industry, It is necessary to study a method of the lean supply chain management the management and It is very important .The thesis research on the lean supply chain management. The article put forward the problem , analysis problem, solve problem, then use a example to prove it .It used value stream management in lean supply chain management of the manufacturing industry , and seven value stream mapping tools ,time value mapping tools and second order perform flow math model is used as tools .It shows a new idea about the dissatisfaction in supply chain between enterprises .After that this thesis explain how to use value stream management in supply chain management . and in the end ,a example has been used to prove that this method is valuable .As this thesis research that method , It has been found that method is good use in Chinese manufacture factory . we link with lean approach both here and abroad . and consider Chinese situation ,we make up mind to set up a model which can be used improve production efficiency. I think it is meaningful to do this research, the thesis use value stream management as a tool analysis supply chain management is a new way , and analysis the dissatisfaction in supply chain between enterprise no one has used before.
