Entering a new era, economic globalization has intensified competition among enterprises. As the world's manufacturing powerhouse, China is trying to shift from a manufacturing powerhouse rapidly, in the face of increasingly fierce market competition and pressure.In order to achieve this transformation, you need to change only in size and number of Chinese enterprises advantage but have less research and management dilemma, delving into foreign enterprises ' production patterns and management practices on the basis of, and actively explore and practice in line with realities of China's enterprises with Chinese characteristics of the new mode of production and management.As an important part of a vast system of modern enterprise management, industrial engineering is the basis for determining a country's production and operating efficiency disciplines, is now the enterprise's production and management of "housekeeping", as management guru Peter Drunker once noted that, "industrial engineering has proven to be most effective management of 20 th century thinking." As a continuous development and expansion of the discipline, since evolving its industrial engineering, has included a series of knowledge engineering and management, the core concept: continuous improvement is a contemporary enterprises optimize production processes, reduce costs, increase productivity, improve the quality of one of the most effective methods. Large power companies of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, a power company, in the face of the fierce competition in the market, in order to optimize processes, reduce costs and improve the quality of business development strategic objectives, to industrial engineering's core values – continuous improvement as the guiding ideology of the company management, attempted to reform the enterprise performance management and continuous improvement.Paper has four aspects, first briefly introduced industrial engineering of core thought--continued improved of based concept and related quality continued improved of both at home and abroad research status; second introduced power company A existing of performance management mode and method; third part, company existing of performance management mode, attempts to in power company A internal construction based on quality continued improved theory of performance management new mode; last, company A implemented new of based on quality continued improved of performance management mode provides feasible of programmed and measures.Through related studies have shown that a power company will be key--continued to improve the promotion and application of industrial engineering in enterprise quality continuous improvement and enterprise performance management is feasible, but also a significant theoretical guarantee for achieving long-term, steady development of the company. Thesis for a power company to build and implement performance management model based on continuous quality improvement to provide theoretical support and practical reference, in order to achieve optimal allocation of enterprises, reduce waste and improve the efficiency and quality of contribution of modest.
