Study On Implement Continuous Improvement Project In Manufacturing Company With Lean Method

As the global manufacturing industry competition goes harder, it is moreimportant to control the cost, increase the quality and increase the customersatisfaction than before. Especially for Chinese local manufacturing industry, as laborcost and raw material cost goes higher, the situation goes more critical. To push thelean method and continuous improvement project is very important and very urgentfor us.After the study on the current internal and external lean methods, we create away to use lean method to push continuous improvement project.
