At present, improving product quality has become an important factor in thedevelopment and competition of enterprises. Based on industrial engineering and for the target of problemsduring production management and continuous quality improvement, this paper mainlydiscusses methods in the process of enterprises continuous quality improvement. The five chapter presents improved methods about production technology, production processes, quality supervision and management, humanresources arrangements and so on. It also introduces countermeasures of the existingproduction management problems; and analyzes the improvement of production indicators,and obtains conclusion in accordance with data.This is the conclusion that production qualityand production efficiency of S chemical factory obtains obvious improvement throughenhancing system and quality management.
