At present, improving product quality has become an important factor in thedevelopment and competition of enterprises. Many reasons affect the quality of products.During industrial production management, one of the most effective methods is to makequality continued improving. Based on industrial engineering and for the target of problemsduring production management and continuous quality improvement, this paper mainlydiscusses methods in the process of enterprises continuous quality improvement. These canhelp enterprises to improve production processes and quality management.This paper mainly discusses methods in the process of enterprises continuous qualityimprovement. This paper conducts a series of research after analysis of existing problem ofproduction management in S chemical industry, taking industrial engineering as the researchobject, taking industrial engineering theories as the guiding ideology, focused on actualfunction. The man part of the paper lists a series of methods that can improve product qualityon basis of actual scene and function during production.It can be found defects during industrial production management in S chemical industry.This paper seeks factors out from all aspects that could have an impact on the quality ofresources, such as equipment, technology, human resources and so on. Aimed at S chemicalfactory quality status, this paper will takes the thought of industrial engineering as theguiding ideology, and take lean production as the purpose, conducted in line with scientificanalysis and elaboration, explore effective ways of improvement. The first chapter of thispaper introduces research background, significance, content and methods. The secondchapter introduces the concept and content of industrial production management and listssome theory concerned with management and industrial production. Meanwhile, it alsointroduces the fundamental content and analytical procedure and function of industrialengineering. The third chapter discusses the basic situation of production management in Schemical factory, and summarizes the current production management features of S chemicalindustry. The fourth chapter analyzes problems existed in the company’s industrialproduction management system. The five chapter presents improved methods about production technology, production processes, quality supervision and management, humanresources arrangements and so on. It also introduces countermeasures of the existingproduction management problems; and analyzes the improvement of production indicators,and obtains conclusion in accordance with data.This is the conclusion that production qualityand production efficiency of S chemical factory obtains obvious improvement throughenhancing system and quality management. The sixth chapter summarizes the gains anddefects of this study.
