Labor relation is the most basic social relation and production relation,which mainly studies the subject,structure,environment and operation rule of labor relation.With the continuous development of China's market economy and the deepening of reform and opening up,the development of domestic enterprises'labor relations is becoming increasingly perfect and mature,gradually moving towards the direction of standardization,marketization,contractual and legal development,and China's social labor relations management involves more and more stakeholders.The marketization of labor relations requires the two sides of labor relations as independent economic subjects to realize the maximization of economic interests of all parties through coordination.At the same time,with the deepening of research in the field of management,human resource management and labor relations management are also in constant integration and development.After the official promulgation and implementation of the new "labor contract law",labor relations between labor and capital have taken on new characteristics and forms.Therefore,in the current situation,the study and discussion of the optimization and improvement of enterprise labor relations,to promote the development of enterprises and social stability,has very important significance.Based on the theory,enterprise management,human resources,labor relations management and labor relations research both at home and abroad as the theoretical basis,the integrated use of literature research,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,depth interview method and comparative analysis,found that H enterprises in labor relations management still exist larger improve and optimize the space,need to enterprise take timely measures to make the corresponding adjustment.Through the literature research method,master the theoretical basis and analysis basis of labor relations management;By means of questionnaire survey,the current situation of labor relationship management in H enterprise and the attitude and views of employees are mastered.Through mathematical analysis,six main factors affecting the labor relations of H enterprise are determined:contract system,labor remuneration,labor dispute and mediation,enterprise information acquisition(right to know),enterprise democratic management,employee training and career development.Through comprehensive analysis and in-depth interview,the main problems and causes of each factor were further determined.The optimization direction of labor relationship management in H enterprise was determined,and some Suggestions and measures with strong pertinency and operability were put forward.Through comparative analysis,this paper finds the deficiencies and deficiencies,and provides ideas and directions for further research.Through this study,it is hoped that the labor relationship management of H enterprise can be optimized to some extent and promote the harmonious and healthy development of H enterprise.It is also hoped that it can provide some reference,help and inspiration for the reform and development of other enterprises.
