Labor relations refers to social relations which is directly related to labor process in a whole system of society, it embodies the individual laborers and the most basic economic interests relationship between organization and management. Our country is in economic social system transition, the market economy system is gradually perfect, our country’s social structure have undergone a breathtaking changes, also produced many new problems of labor relations.This added a lot of difficulties to our country to build lasting,stable and harmonious labor relations,advancing harmonious labor relations are needde to achieve this goal.Work to promote the construction of a harmonious labor relationship will help straighten out various interests, protect the rights and interests of workers, and promote the development of enterprises, help to keep political stability, promote social harmony, and promote social benign operation.As the labor relations become more important in today’s China’s economic and social relations, Under the background of economic development and changes in our country, we face the problem of labor relations is even more complex than any country and any time in the history.We are inexperienced to deal with the transition of the labor relationship problems, lacking of system research and the theoretical guidance, the countermeasure research of labor relations also stay at ease conflict level.Therefore,the research such as the enterprise labor relations, risk identification and risk response is very necessary.This paper can be divided into five chapters to research for the labor relationship risk, the research content and frame structure arrangement of each chapter is as follows:Chapter one introduction:after the analysis of the current situation of our country enterprise labor relations, this paper put forward the two purposes of this study and the research significance, finally expounds the research contents and research methods of this article.Chapter ii related definition of risk point of labor relations and literature review, three key concepts (labor relations, labor relations and labor relations risk point) is defined, consult literature at home and abroad, and expounds the theory basis of research (social exchange theory, the relational contract and decent labor theory under the perspective of social responsibility).Chapter iii identify enterprise’risk points:combined with field interviews to obtain firsthand material, based on the opinions of the experts in the field of labor relations, work out enterprise labor relations status questionnaire.Using qualitative research methods for statistical data analysis,in view of he obvious differences in the questionnaire survey results between the enterprise management and staff members, using inductive analysis and comparative analysis show the six risk of enterprise labor relations.The fourth chapter building the framework of enterprise labor relations risk point:Based on the above research,build the overall framework of labor relationship risk point.And put forward the corresponding suggestions and measures.The fifth chapter conclusion and prospect:list the conclusions of this study, according to the result of the study, highlight the may innovation point of this research, on the basis of the reflection on the research,put forward the author’s experience for later researchers.Research has made the following three main achievements:One, for obvious differences in the questionnaire survey results between enterprise managers and ordinary employees, using inductive analysis and comparative analysis show the six risk point of enterprise labor relations, we come to some preliminary conclusions.Second,by means of deconstruction and subdivision of labor relations, make labor relations more clear,lock the risk of labor relationsin specific areas,competence and role ambiguity, stakeholder interests balance, and hire free.Based on the above research, this paper constructed the overall framework of the risk points in labor relations.Third,in the last part of the fourth chapter, this article puts forward six countermeasures:respectively is to increase the employment ability, enhance personal autonomy and the establishment of learning organization, profit sharing and employee stock ownership plan, work standard, decent labor, establishing happy business, labor inspection.The innovation point and its value of the research is mainly manifested in the following two aspects:One,This paper exploratorily extract,sum up the six risk points of enterprises labor relations, and through the analysis of risk points, locking the risk area of labor relations, provides the reality basis to the management of labor relationship risk.Second,by means of deconstruction and subdivision of labor relations, labor relations is more clear,.Thus we further study the labor relations.
