Like other wholly foreign-owned company, riding on the reform and opening-up policy of China, H company had set up in Shenzhen city in early 1990s. With the advantage of Shenzhen special economic zone, H company has been rapidly developing from original a small workshop with dozens of workers, to now large-scale manufacturing enterprise, owned 3 factories in Shenzhen, with staff size at 7000 members. Their products mainly are daily cleaning items, and house & home daily necessities. Their products have been sold to more than 40 countries and regions all over the world.With continuous development & growing, frequent staff turnover and variation, lag behind of internal management communication system, H company’s internal management communication problem became prominent day by day, directly affects the downtrend of customer service quality, leads to increase of customer complains.This article, by means of several typical management communication cases’study and analysis in internal organization of a manufacturing enterprise-H company, based on general theories of management communication, to dig out the root cause of the communication issue, aims to find a proper effective communication pattern and method fitting H company, to reduce corporate operation inefficiency and cost loss issues, and to facilitate corporate growing in more active and healthy way by high efficient management communication and internal benign operation. |
