With development of information technology and logistics industry, World Economy presents a trend of globalization and Chinese enterprises also get involved into worldwide competition. Currently, the enterprises have to face the challenges from all aspects such as their customers, competition and endless changes. As said by Michael Hammer:rapid economic development, in the process of enterprise management, process plays a crucial role. Only developing up to itself characteristics, scientific and reasonable process can promote the better development of enterprises and an impregnable position.Enterprise operation includes both processes operation and process management. Process improvement is the innovation in the operation management, which is utilized to control risks of the enterprises for improvement of working efficiency, lowering of costs, achievement of reasonable allocation of resources, realizing the enterprise better and faster development.The target of this thesis is to clear up the management process of the company under the theory of process reengineering with consideration of the external operation environment within which the company operates. Through interviewing procedures and investigation by questionnaires, Analysis was carried out to find out the problems existing in the management process of the company. Some process improvements projects as well as measures to ensure its realization are implemented respectively on three modules of production management, technology development and quality management.Through concrete process improvement measures of the mentioned three modules, expect to the enterprise made a lot of progress in terms of customers'satisfaction, products delivery lead time, significant improvement of products quality and lowering of operation costs... As the result, the enterprise's core competitiveness is enhanced. Streamline thought is implemented in the enterprise under the customer-focused principle and a department for process engineering should be set up, with all those measures, L company expects to make the process improvement works operate continuously into the future. Simultaneously, regulations, performance evaluation and enterprise culture with process in the center as focus will be also developed and optimized step by step.
