In the 1990s,through the development and application of information technology,the global banking industry reformed the business process,innovated the risk control system,reformed the integrated information data system,sought the best operation solution,improved the operation and management level,And thus enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Into the 21st century,the international banks have entered the era of information management and management,internationally renowned banks have chosen to establish a centralized operations center has become the country's operations business background processing agencies.Such as Citibank,HSBC,Deutsche Bank,Bank of Switzerland and so have achieved a separation mode before and after the background,and are in the global context of the establishment of centralized operations center,the head office or regional background centralized processing of centralized business,the establishment of intensive Operating system,in order to help improve the efficiency of bank operations,control wind safety,reduce operating costs and play economies of scale advantages,improve service quality and improve competitiveness.At present,the domestic banking industry,such as ICBC,Agricultural Bank of China,Bank of China,China Construction Bank and other large commercial banks have established a national or regional background business processing center.The domestic banking industry draws on the advanced experience of international banking operation and management,reconstructs the business process,through the background business processing center of the process,standardized business processing,aimed at improving China's banking industry in the international banking industry competitiveness.With the rapid development of the domestic economy,management of the domestic banking industry are becoming more and more obvious.The requirements of the external environment for the banking products and services have been gradually increased,forcing the domestic banking industry to enter the rapid development and transformation stage,Business transformation and risk control to become the primary choice for domestic commercial banks,to seek the best solution to adapt to the development of the times.China's commercial banks to actively introduce the background business centralized standardization operations,the purpose of this operation is obvious,is to reduce costs,improve service quality and efficiency,improve customer experience and reduce operational risk,and achieved certain results.At present,China's commercial banks to implement the background of the operation of the type of business involved and achieved results,there are many deficiencies.On the one hand,the implementation of centralized operations in China's major commercial banks is to simply repeat some of the processes,dealing with frequent counter-accounting business from the front desk separation to the background operations center for processing.On the other hand,the background of centralized operations did not make the foreground counter to ease the work pressure,the front of the human resources and has not been effectively released to support the front end of the terminal marketing up.This paper takes the background management of H Bank as an example,summarizes the current situation and achievements of the domestic and foreign scholars on the status quo of the research on the subject of business use management.And puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in the process of its implementation.It is hoped that this study will provide reference for the business process reengineering of other banks.
