Study On The Whole Process Of Host-Guest Consultative Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Since the suggestions of both evaluators and evaluated objectors are integrated into the collaborative comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation results, which are obtained by using the collaborative method, are more scientific and are also more likely to be accepted by evaluated objectors. Many scholars in the field of evaluation have made great contribution to the theory, method and application of collaborative comprehensive evaluation. In this paper, the section of collaboration between evaluators and evaluated objectors was expanded from consideration of its weight only to consideration of a number of other sections of comprehensive evaluation, in order to make the "collaboration" more worthy of the name.The main works and innovations of this thesis includes:(1) Integrating the "collaboration" into the section of index set determination. By introducing the concepts of "realization factor" and "contribution index" and the relationship between quantitative index and evaluation index, and then compared them with a given threshold, removing part of smaller "contribution index", in order to determine the "collaborative index set".(2) Integrating the "collaboration" into the section of index determination. Identifying the "assignment consistent interval" according to the assignment of a certain index of evaluators and evaluated objectors, and then calculating the right of evaluators and evaluated objectors to decide the assignment of the certain index according to the characteristics of "assignment consistent interval", in order to determine the internal collaborative results of evaluators and evaluated objectors.(3) Integrating the "collaboration" into the section of weight determination. Empowering the differences between the information provided by evaluated objectors and the evaluation information of evaluators as a standard to determine the right of evaluators and evaluated objectors to make the decisions, and thus to determine the internal collaborative index weight of the respective groups.(4) Regarding to the selection of aggregate model, under the premise of the fact that evaluators and evaluated objectors are trying to wide the gap among different evaluated objectors, and under the theory of "differentiation principle", aggregating the evaluation information of both sides, and finally forming the collaborative evaluation results.(5) Employing a case as the application background in order to verify the validation of the model.(6) Finally, this paper summarized the findings and proposed the problems which require further study.
