The arrival of the information economy time indicates that the economicglobalization has become the inevitable trend of development. Internationalcompetition, Internet and e-commerce and more outstanding personalized demandconstitutes a new environment for the survival and development of enterprises, at thesame time, the competition between enterprises has evolved into the competitionbetween supply chains. This makes the collaboration has become the new rules of thegame in the modern enterprise management and supply chain management. Therefore,it has important research value and practical significance for the comprehensiveevaluation of supply chain collaboration performance.Based on comprehensive analysis of supply chain collaboration performance-related theories and research results, this paper systematically studies the supplychain collaboration performance evaluation, which is a scientific basis for improvingthe efficiency of supply chain collaboration, building the core competitiveness of thesupply chain and maximizing the overall interests. First this paper systematicallyexpounds the thesis topics of the background and significance, as well as domesticand international supply chain collaborative performance evaluation studies. Secondly,on the basis of in-depth grasp of supply chain management and collaborationconnotations; this paper analyzes the intrinsic motivation of supply chaincollaboration and its structural model, and then summarizes internal and externalfactors which impact the supply chain collaboration performance. Again, this paperanalyzes and studies the supply chain collaborative performance from informationcollaboration, business collaboration, financial indicators, customer service andability to resist risks, as the basis for building a comprehensive supply chaincollaboration performance evaluation system. Then, based on analysis andcomparison of several commonly used methods of comprehensive evaluation, thispaper appropriately improves the trapezoidal fuzzy number similarity method, whichis the comprehensive evaluation method for the paper. Finally, this paper selects amanufacturing supply chain system as a positive case whose core enterprise is YT, andbased on the improved trapezoidal fuzzy numbers similarity method evaluates thesupply chain collaboration performance and analyzes the results, thus proposessuggestions to improve the performance of supply chain collaboration. Research results provide a scientific criterion to the decision-making and management forimproving the level of supply chain collaboration and enhancing the corecompetitiveness. At the same time, this paper has a certain reference value for theevaluation and management of relevant industry supply chain collaborationperformance. |
