With the expansion of the scale of enterprise groups, the institutions increasing, management spanning wide, geographically widely distributing, enterprise group financial management has become more complex and the financial management problems growing. Because the financial organizations are facing a deep change, Financial Shared Services Center organizational forms are gradually accepted and promoted by the insurance companies, which focus on process optimization and process reengineering, adopting uniform standards, processes, and systems. Although this pattern can effectively reduce operating costs, but it may appear all sorts of problems in risk control, operation management and target localization etc. So large insurance companies how to build their own Financial Shared Service Center and the continued effective operation will become the actual problem of enterprise.Based on foreign enterprises Financial Shared Service Center mode and concept, this paper uses the method of literature research and case analysis, analyses S insurance company's current financial accounting management mode of the overall situation, the existence of problems, and the development direction (that is, in the current financial accounting management mode, and gradually implement financial shared services), combines with my understanding and feeling of Financial Shared services in the daily work of Z branch, elaborates on the measures to optimize the service contents and process in the construction of Financial Shared Service Center, focus on analyzing the main results and main problems in the service operation, and put forward the suggestions to improve the construction of enterprise Financial Shared Service Center.According to the management requirement of S insurance company, the financial shared service mode of the centralized management and control is put forward in this paper. Through the systematic analysis of the specific measures of the organization, system and process optimization of the financial service center under the centralized management and control, analyze the current operating conditions and problems, improve and perfect the construction of the Financial Shared Service Center of S insurance company Z branch. On the future development of Financial Shared Service Center, we propose the development direction of continuous improvement process, appropriate service outsourcing, and the change of profit center, hope to contribute to the successful operation of the S Insurance Company Group Financial Sharing Service Center, to provide a reference for the follow-up insurance companies to establish financial shared services center.
