With the development of economy and society, the software industry has become one of the important pillar industries in the national economy development. More and more enterprises begin to implement the project organization enterprise production and management. Because of the society development, this influence software industry to grow quickly, in which the amount of code, the number of people involved, and the complexity of the. Therefore, the software project management has an incomparable important position, is to improve the efficiency of software development an important means in the process of software development.In this paper, the research object of the paper is based on the software development project of K printer, and the management of software project management is studied in this paper. In the second chapter of this paper is the case text. The main description of the three management issues; the third chapter is the case analysis, combined with the relevant theories, the paper analyses of the case management; fourth chapter is countermeasures and suggestions, combined with case gives the corresponding solutions.This paper mainly adopts the case analysis method, a detailed analysis of the division of responsibilities, process control, communication management problems in the process of the project implementation management, respectively, combined with the case, the correlation analysis of the problems encountered in the K company printer software development project, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, put forward a set of project management improvement program. Finally, through the analysis of this paper, we draw conclusions and summarize the experience, hoping to provide some advices for the companies which have the same project management problems.
