The Research About Communication Management Strategy Of Telecom Network Management Supporting Software Project In L

With the advent of economic globalization and social information age,the software industry in our country has been remarkably developed,and it has gradually become one of the pillar industries in the national economy,a number of software companies and projects with international influence have been set up,meanwhile,new challenges and problems have been brought up for the management of software projects.The essence of the management of software project is to make sure that the software project will be managed and controlled properly during the whole program process from analyzing,designing,compilation testing,and maintenance,and or so,and the ultimate goal is to complete the software product and deliver to users in time with scheduled cost.In the entire process of the management of a software project,communication needs the most time,and it is the first thing which should be done at the initiation stage of a project,thus it is of great importance to the management of a software project.The management of communication is the core of software project management,it is also the central part in the entire process of the project,effective communication is a prerequisite for the success of a software project.However,the development of project management started late in our country,the theory and practice level of communication management still have to be improved.Inefficient communication is quite common in the process of a software project,it thus greatly hinders the smooth development of software projects,and has bad influence on the efficient development of the software industry.L Corporation is one company focusing on telecommunication operation supporting the research and development of system software products.Based on the rapid development of the telecommunication market and its own marketing strategy,L Corporation has become ranking first among all the domestic counterparts in the same field quickly in just a few years.In this study,we analyzed the status of the communication management of the running and operation of software projects by the telecom operator,L Corporation through the case analysis method,and we searched and summarized the problems existed in the communication management of the running and operating of software projects by the telecom operator,L Corporation,through interviewing method,and also we summarized and interpreted the problems of the communication management regarding the recognition of communication among the program team,the communication abilities of the program team members,the communication ways of the program,the communication tools of the program.Finally,based on the data from theory reviewing and interviewing project stakeholders,we proposed a set of multi-dimensional effective communication strategies for the telecom operator,L Corporation running and operating system software projects,containing thoughts and recognition of project communication,curing model of project communication,highly efficient tools of project communication,documents of standards of communication project and communication process between project stakeholders.It provides valuable reference for the communication management of software projects of many other different software companies in the same field or different fields.The proposed innovative stakeholders communication model also provides the basis of constructing a project communication model for other software companies.
