V company is a worldwide famous semiconductor equipment suppliers, the M project is mainly to provide customized MOCVD equipment to the customer. In the context of energy-saving emission reduction, Chinese Government provide great support, including special policy and economy support to LED industry, such as tax relief policies emerge with land free using, individual local governments is to provide a more equipment subsidies. In this context, like a raging fire, the development of LED industry Chinese, large factories such as SanAn optoelectronics,3E, Huacan photoelectrics, a large number of MOCVD equipment procurement. Because the market is so hot, MOCVD equipment delivery efficiency will become a magic weapon for winning the market.Schedule management is a huge challenge of the M project, because of technical complexity, project stakeholders range, restricting the scarcity of professionals, M devices often cannot obtain the effective implementation schedule, equipment delivery delay occurs almost all the time, In this paper, through the application of theory of constraints and the critical chain theory, the replacement of the critical path method of schedule planning, on the premise of effective resource does not increase, effectively shorten the construction period. At the same time other problems which cause the delay offten were studied and the improvement measures are presented.Good communication management is necessary to ensure the smooth realization of the objectives of the project, because the cross regional inter professional and other factors, M project communication management do has some problems, after the study of the project communication management theory, in view of the current situation of M project communication management, this paper puts forward measures for improvement.
