The performance appraisal system is an important part of the human resource management for a modern enterprise,involving fairness and completeness of regulations,employee motivation and enterprise development,which plays a more important role in enterprise management and production activities.In order to optimize the allocation of resources and achieve consistency of goals,an enterprise needs to establish a reasonable performance appraisal system according to the development stages and strategic objectives,and constantly improve and optimize the implementation to establish suitable atmosphere for smooth implementation of the assessment system.In recent years,with the development of the national economy,the demand for automobile products and services in China has grown rapidly.Through continuous efforts,there have emerged a number of well-known Automobile service companies,and Hunan Shenxiang Automobile Group is one of them.With the increasingly intense market competition,optimization of performance management has become necessary for this company through market development,and so it is very important to have a study on its performance appraisal optimization.Based on the elaboration of this study's background and objective,and analysis on relevant theories of performance appraisal,the thesis has investigated the current situation of Hunan Shenxiang Automobile Group's performance appraisal system,checks if the appraisal objective and the enterprise strategy target are consistent,performance indicator system is reasonable,or the implementation is strict;and analyzed the reasons of the management's misunderstanding on the appraisal,staff's not enough recognition with the enterprise strategy target,and the appraisal feedback not in time and smooth.For these problems and reasons and based on the company's operational features and situation,staff's responsibilities are adjusted and designed using KPI,target management and empirical weighting methods.Accordingly the appraisal indicators,weight assigning,appraisal and scoring criteria are specified and optimized.Finally,make organizational and regulation guarantees for the optimized appraisal implementation,and strengthen supervision and review.After carrying out the optimized appraisal system,the staff's enthusiasm are obviously higher,customer experience more satisfied,sales contracting rate and operational performance are highly increased.The study of this thesis on the performance appraisal system of Hunan Shenxiang Automobile Group is not only beneficial for optimizing the system,but also helpful for the staff's work on the appraisal.
