The System Design And Technology Research Of GBS Jamming

Information Warfare has become a primary element of the modem battlefield. GBS is the extending of DISN and it will provide the wide band, the asymmetrical data and the video communication ability to the battlefield user. Because GBS might sharpen the data transmission ability, it will enhance the actual effect of transmission. This article focuses on the operational characteristics of GBS satellite system in order to make corresponding countermeasures which is important for the modernization of our national defense construction.The constitution and principles of the GBS system were studied in the paper. Based on the analysis of the link features of the GBS satellite, a new interfere method was proposed which puts emphasis upon the interference of the uplink using the ground jamming station. And the downlink can be jammed by the air jamming station. The design of the GBS interfere system is done and the corresponding scheme is proposed with hardware equipments. The technology specification of hardware equipments corresponding to the GBS feature is provided and an implement scheme is proposed also. Finally, in view of the GBS interference, the high-efficiency space power synthesis technology is proposed which mak technology es use of the electromagnetic waves that have the same frequency and the specific relational phase produced by many countermeasure units to acquire powerful jamming signal in space. The method could overcome the limit of the tradition emissive power and realizes the ultra long-range jamming. The feasibility and validity of the method are testified by computer simulation, and it has much practical application value.
