Virtual maintenance is an emerging maintenance method in the field of maintenance.Interactive virtual maintenance platform is a practical example of the application of virtual maintenance technology in the field of maintenance.The platform provides a complete set of maintenance training methods for the maintenance personnel.However,the construction of the platform involves many contents,the development is relatively complex,and the time-consuming period is long.The functional performance forms often directly affect the friendliness of the platform.In order to solve the above problems,this paper conducts in-depth research on the performance of the platform,based on the interaction technology involved in virtual maintenance.According to training requirements,in terms of interactive disassembly of the virtual maintenance platform,three disassembly schemes and three maintenance tool management modes are proposed.The Louvain algorithm is used to divide the disassembly information model based on the constraint relationship,and combining multi-objective ant colony algorithm to the planning of the disassembly sequence;In the aspect of routing inspection for prototype maintenance,the design process of the inspection method is given,and the solution to the change of the viewpoint within the inspection point and inspection scope is determined.In addition,the method of representation of faults in the platform is discussed.Two types of failures are mentioned in the platform,and the knowledge representation method based on fault tree is used to carry out interactive dynamic construction.For personnel maintenance capabilities,an assessment based on analytic hierarchy process is used.Combining the above research of interactive performance methods and the actual requirements of maintenance personnel for maintenance companies,the research on the standardization of interactive representation methods for virtual maintenance platforms is conducted.Through the analysis of the requirements and positioning of the platform,the platform's architecture methods and functional expression forms are determined.Finally,a general virtual maintenance platform is designed and the AS350 helicopter is used as a case to verify the proposed method.Through the research on interactive representation method of virtual maintenance platform,this article identifies the general methods and forms of platform construction,and develops a standardized construction plan for the development of virtual maintenance platforms,providing a reference for maintenance companies or maintenance organizations to study virtual maintenance.
