Through comprehensive research analysis, this paper aims at providing a theoretical and technical basis for the mechanical and electrical equipment’s maintenance planning in hot cell of Chinese spallation neutron source. To consider the effects of radiation on people, the maintenance of equipment in radiation environment to be done by means of remote maintenance way in a safe area, maintenance work including inspection, assembly, disassembly, transport and repair operations of the corresponding parts of the device. Remote maintenance system is a complex man-machine system which based on people as subjects and man-machine integration. In consideration of system reliability, safety and economy, the equipment’s remote maintenance process planning under a complete description of the related maintenance resources is needed. Effective remote maintenance process planning for the design and improve the quality of remote maintenance of the parts in radiation environment is great significant.The main research and achievements of this thesis are as follows.1. In view of the assembly sequence planning problem in the process of remote maintenance, with the help of swarm intelligent optimization algorithm, remote maintenance for assembly sequence planning based on shuffled frog-leaping algorithm is proposed. According to the characteristics of ASP, the remote maintenance operation of assembly sequence evaluation model is established and the problem can be considered as a multi-objective optimization problem in discrete space. After redefined the discretization of the algorithm, the optimal sample variance control strategy was put forward to improve the searching capability of the algorithm according to the optimal sample convergence phenomenon. Simulation experiments show that this method can effectively improve the quality of assembly sequence planning.2. A method with the consideration of human factor for safety analysis of remote maintenance operation is proposed in this paper, this method take the whole maintenance system as analysis object, a remote maintenance operation safety evaluation model considering human factor is established. With the help of CATIA software, the virtual maintenance environment was created, the simulation and analysis of evaluation model’s relevant data were done in CATIA at the same time, and using AHP method to evaluate the equipment’s remote maintenance plan at last. Taking an remote maintenance plan of one equipment whose location is in hot cell as an example, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.3. For the preventive maintenance cycle optimization of mechanical and electrical equipment in radiation environment, the fault maintenance costs, preventive maintenance costs and cost loss caused by the equipment stops running because of preventive maintenance as the basic indicators of optimization model. According to the problem’s characteristic of multi-objective optimization, an preventive maintenance cycle optimization method based on hybrid particle swarm optimization and cuckoo search algorithm is proposed. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has better overall search ability and astringency, and it can effectively solve the preventive maintenance cycle optimization problem.The research achievements of this paper have been applied to the Virtual Maintenance Program Planning System(VMPPS) developed by the project, the preliminary application shows that the research can improve the level of remote maintenance planning.
