Ultra-broadband passive receiving channel is an indispensable part of passive radar,and its performance index directly determines the passive radar system index.It is necessary to develop a high-performance ultra-wide band receiver to meet the system requirements.According to the actual engineering application needs,the amplitude and phase self-calibration functions are proposed first,and the channel amplitude and phase calibration can be carried out in real time,which improves the convenience and practicality of the system application.In order to achieve effective reception of the entire broadband internal frequency band,the 0.8GHz to 8GHz broadband input is divided into 8 frequency bands by segmented reception.At the same time,the ultra-heterodyne secondary frequency conversion scheme is used to suppress cross-tuning and mutual interference.The cross-tone and mirror frequency suppression are analyzed and calculated in detail.The vibration source adopts a hybrid phase locking ring scheme and adds an anti-error locking design function to achieve the output of low phase noise and low stray vibration signals with 10 MHz stepping in the range of 20.1GHz to 26.8GHz;The channel calibration source adopts the phase lock loop method to output the high frequency signal first and then implement it through the variable scoremaker.The scheme is simple and easy to implement.According to the requirements of the overall technical indicators,the single machine design index is decomposed,the key indicators of the channel are analyzed and calculated in detail,the detailed design process is given.At the same time,the modular design is adopted in the light of the current technology development and implementation,and the key module design and realization forms are introduced and related theoretical analysis and research are carried out,and the scheme is refined.Finally complete the physical design debugging,indicators meet the overall technical input requirements.
