| RFTD(Radio frequency identification)is a non-contact information collection technology,which can automatically identify and read and write the object data through radio frequency signal.RFID is one of the core technology supporting the Internet of things(IOT).RFID support non line-of-sight read,has received widespread promotion and application.The development of active RFID is limited by its objective conditions,such as needing to change battery and high cost.But active RFID has relatively longer transmission distance,along with the development of economy and technology,active RFID is widely used in the the application fields which with no strict cost,such as ETC,mine safety management.In order to improve their own competitiveness,enterprise begin to use intelligent management system which automated run RFID inventory remotely instead of manual operation to control warehouse status in real time.Passive RFID can not meets the requirement of distance in application such as large-scale warehouse and workshop.Most part of active RFID tag products report data automatically,this type of RFID power consumption is very low,but same tags will conflict all the time when using in large capacity scenarios.And existing GB and ISO standards of active RFID has the detailed design and read their collision algorithm process,but relative to read for a long time,the power consumption is high,it is hard to meet the large capacity the warehouse inventory of real-time application of low power consumption.This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the application of active RFID real-time inventory in large capacity and low power.Designed a kind of active RFID based on the frequency grouping,and prove its advantage of fast read 、 low power consumption and low implementation complexity by theoretical analysis,simulation and experiment results show that the design of RFID read speed,this kind of RFID has widespread application value.The research content of this paper are as follows:1、Put forward Frequency grouping and concurrent reading active RFID anti-collision algorithm for Large capacity,fast read application fields after studying the development of RFID technology and standards domestic and overboard.2、Designed air interface of frequency grouping anti-collision algorithm,desined software flow charts of the RFID tag and Reader.Designed low power consumptionwakening process after analyzing chip features of CC2500.Benefit from concurrent reading,start reading during wakening state for time saving.Optimize 18000-7 process by change tag to receive sleep command during ack slot instead of after all ack slots,reduced the consumption of electric current for active RFID tags.3、Design and fabricate the circuits of active RFID tag and multi-channel reader,the results of module test,function test and hardware test collision algorithm,show that paper design hardware and software relative to the existing product in terms of capacity,literacy rate and real-time has obvious advantages,in line with the real-time inventory applications. |
