With the integration of information technology,communication technology and data processing technology,large data and artificial intelligence generates,the demand for data traffic grows rapidly,and the communication industry ushers in new development opportunities.As the current main data traffic bearer network,LTE network uses a single system of LTE networking with low frequency resource utilization,lack of coverage and many other problems.In order to improve the spectrum utilization,the quality of coverage and system capacity,using LTE FDD-TDD hybrid networking to construct LTE network is the best choice for domestic and even global mobile communications operators.The purpose of this paper is to study how to make full use of the characteristics of LTE FDD system and TDLTE system to draw the most efficient LTE hybrid network according to the different characteristics of urban and rural scenes,both to meet the demand of coverage and the highcapacity requirements of hot spots.First of all,the research background of the subject and the development status at home and abroad are introduced to illustrate the necessity of LTE FDD and TD-LTE hybrid networking.And then the network architecture and key technologies of LTE system are briefly introduced,and a systematic explanation for LTE wireless network planning processes and methods is given.Secondly,a specific research on LTE FDD-TDD hybrid network planning is carried out.The feasibility of LTE FDD and TD-LTE hybrid networking is analyzed from the aspects of technical standards,vendor support and terminal convergence.The coverage performance of LTE system in each band is analyzed through link budget.At the same time,according to frame structure analysis,the advantages and disadvantages in each band of LTE FDD and TD-LTE system are compared from the aspects of coverage and capacity.Finally,a specific LTE hybrid network strategy is proposed for China Telecom,and the different LTE hybrid network planning methods in urban and rural areas are analyzed in detail.Then,taking China Telecom XX Branch area as an example,by using the LTE FDDTDD hybrid network planning method introduced above,the LTE hybrid network planning of the city and county is carried out from the perspectives of wide coverage,deep coverage and thick coverage while the LTE hybrid network planning of rural areas is carried out from the perspectives of wide coverage and thick coverage,and the specific planning sites of urban and rural areas is obtained.In addition,the NeST LTE network planning software is used to simulate the LTE wireless network and verify the rationality of the planning scheme.Finally,an investment analysis is carried out and the investment scale of the project is estimated.And through project financial evaluation indicators and sensitivity analysis,the project's profitability,solvency and anti-risk ability are analyzed.
