LTE Hybrid Networking Program Design And Analysis Of China Telecommunications Limited Li Jiang Branch

At the end of 2013, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued TD-LTE licenses to three major telecom operators,and so the LTE era has come. The major operators have accelerated the pace of LTE construction. 4G network coverage planning, an important part of 4G network building, has become the focus of development for all operators. 4G network coverage planning includes current network analysis, demand analysis, wireless network construction, and investment benefit analysis etc.This paper mainly discusses some basic principles of LTE TDD and LTE FDD hybrid network planning, planning process, planning contents and methods etc.. By collecting and analyzing data on Lijiang existing CDMA network and business needs, network planning for 2014 is proposed, and reference feasible scheme for LTE TDD and LTE FDD hybrid network construction in Lijiang 2014-2016 is provided.
