Obviously, it’s difficult to complete the interactive test between airborne equipmentand radiation source emitter under the condition of a wide range of airspace, which isrequired to be repeated and forced to face high risk, even cost so much. Due to theeconomic cost and the needs of particular environment and restricted factors, it’ssignificant to build an electronic countermeasure test simulation system to improve theintegrated supportive ability of the test environment for the typical testing equipment. Onthe other side, in addition to the common use of military training such as trainingsimulation and tactical analysis simulation, combat scenario simulation is also widely usedin the field of weapon and equipment effectiveness evaluation associated with it, whichcan provide the battlefield testing environment to the testing system.The paper is based on the combat scenario simulation and its development,XML-based scenario structure description and modeling method, the coordinateconversion and other related theories. Based on the simulation engine of computergenerated forces software vsTasker to do secondary development to obtain theexperimental simulation engine of the designed simulation planning system, driving thefront-end edited certain combat scenario simulation, and obtaining the dynamic real-timerelative position data, to provide incentive data source to the RF subsystem. What’s more,the system can provide reliable virtual flight testing environment to the interactive testbetween airborne equipment and radiation source equipment, thereby evaluating theeffectiveness of electronic equipment in battlefield environment so that we can reduce thetesting cost and risk effectively. The subject comes from a certain simulation test systemdevelopment project.This paper analyzed the current research status of scenario analysis and scenariodescription method firstly, started from the content of simulation scenario to classify thecomponents of simulation scenario and explained the classification in detail. At the same time, the paper discussed the advantages of simulation scenario description based on XMLtechnology, combining with simulation scenario elements to design a scenario descriptionstructure based on XML and scenario components classification. Then on the basis of thetheory of simulation scenario, completed the architecture design of combat scenariosimulation planning system based on vsTasker according to the requirements of certainsystem. This paper discussed the whole simulation framework and development process ofthe system about the system function, structure, module partition and design, scenario edit,simulation engine particularly and realized the objective function. Other than the methodof presetting the parameters of RF excitation system to generate signal in order to dointerference test in the past, the work of this paper provided with changing RF excitationsignal deducted by battlefield situation, which can avoid the invalid or unrealisticparameters input of RF excitation signal, so that the test used to evaluate the performanceof electronic equipment can be closer to the actual test.
