The history of the domestic media industry is short,but the speed of development is very rapid.A large number of media enterprises have emerged.With the increasingly fierce market competition,media enterprises urgently need to reexamine their business models.The domestic media enterprises are often based on a specific business or short term program,and the short-term income is large,but the long-term development of the enterprise is very vague.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the development strategy of Wuhan Jun Jiu media company.Firstly,this paper studies the related theories of strategic management at home and abroad,then analyzes the macro environment of the media industry,the industry environment and the internal environment of the Wuhan monarch company,and points out that the cultural media industry is currently In the period of rapid development,competition is also fierce at the same time.It belongs to the state to encourage the development of industry.However,the market is rather chaotic at present,and the industry is facing integration.This article is a case of Wuhan Jun Jiu media company,a private cultural media company,based on Wuhan,facing the national market.The article analyses the SWOT of Wuhan Jun Jiu media company.The main advantage of the company is that the main advantages of the company are human resources innovation ability,the flexible market reaction,and the relatively high content of content.The disadvantages are as follows: relatively poor management ability,marketing ability,general market expansion,a good opportunity for development,and the threat of market competition and policy restrictions.On the basis of analyzing SWOT,this paper puts forward four strategic directions of Wuhan Jun Jiu he media company.Combined with the prediction of the development in the next five years,we will draw up the development strategy of the company in the next five years and set it as a centralized market strategy.The strategy is discussed in the aspects of product service,brand construction and financial management,and the problems encountered in the strategy implementation of Wuhan Jun Jiu media company and the safeguards are discussed.Finally,the results of the strategy implementation are briefly predicted.
