New media to attract the tremendous energy of the world's attention, the media giants are unable to bear toward the field eager to have a face-lift. As a local financial magazine, its own conditions and external environment brought about by the birth of this crisis and turn all the changes of active and passive Battle. This thesis focuses on traditional media to new media, changes in San Joaquin Sichuan strategic transformation of the media as the research object, in-depth analysis of new media content and direction of development, based on the transformation of the media strategy for exploratory research done for the local Private new media companies in the coming years pointed out the direction to provide a reference.The main contents are: strategic management of enterprise core competence and conducted in-depth analysis; detailed study of the characteristics of new media development, status, and the old and new media, the logical relationship between the change in strategic development of new media to indicate the future trend ; empirical study of the media in Sichuan as the representative of San Joaquin local financial media company, conducted its own analysis of the development bottleneck, while combing the business advantages of resources, business environment in which a SWOT analysis to the enterprise with accurate strategic positioning, put forward a constructive future development path.
