With the increase of the number of students year by year of Qinhuangdao vocationaland technical college, it is more prominent about how efficient to do a good job ofstudent information management. At present, more and more colleges and universitiesbegan to actively develop their school corresponding department student informationmanagement system themselves, abandon the traditional mode of artificial and paperoffice, greatly alleviate the office redundancy problem.Visible, the introduction of theinformation management system to help management office of colleges and universitieshas become a trend.This paper analyzes the present situation of Qinhuangdao vocational and technicalcollege, by collecting information about users and hardware, student informationmanagement system is constructed.First of all, this paper will use the main technology for simple overview, providetechnical characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of using JDBC bridgetechnology database connection, using SQL database, based on the Java languageenvironment ultimately ensure data accuracy and completeness.Secondly, on the basis of demand analysis, divide the system function, mainlydivided into six modules, namely the students basic information, accommodationinformation, course information, performance information, user login, data management,and then design E-R diagram and the database table, the primary key of the databasetable is given.Finally, using the programming language to realize the system function of eachmodule is given of the effect, and the part of the module function test, confirm the wrongcases, the system can give error. The system interface is simple, powerful, improves theinformation processing capacity and reduce the workload of staff, basically achieved theexpected design purpose.
