Design And Implementation Of Social Security Statistical Analysis System Based On Data Warehouse

In recent years,a large volume of historical data has been stored in various systems,thanks to the rapid development of information technology in social security departments.However,these data have not been neither analyzed nor exploited in a comprehensive manner so far,due to the lack of advanced statistical analysis platforms.This renders the current forecasting,analyzing,statistics and decision-making of social security outlay not well supported,which in turn affects the accuracy of data prediction and the efficiency of decision-making.In light of this background,it is of great importance and significance to leverage historical data available and to develop a social security statistical analysis system,with aim to provide a scientific,reasonable and pragmatic support for business decision-making.Based on the construction of the Social Security Database,this paper designs and develops a social security statistical analysis system by using dimensional modeling,data integration and online analytical processing technologies.According to the software and hardware environment of the Social Security,it established a unified database architecture,and a unified construction framework and application model.According to the business needs of customers,it conducted statistical analysis of the division of business topics and then established the dimensional model.By using ETL data extraction tools,it extracted data from various social security business systems,and then integrate and load into the database.Based on above works,a multi-dimensional database and preliminary summary table for analysis applications are established.Finally,the front-end application functions such as fixed reports,flexible reports,and graphic presentations are realized.Through the design and implementation of the social security statistical analysis system,a unified data storage platform was established to solve the problem of “information isolated islands”,which effectively ensured the quality of data,and greatly improved the performance of data aggregation,calculation,query and analysis.It provides users with an intuitive and rich front-end display that satisfies the needs of user's diversified analysis and assisted decision-making,and also accumulates valuable experience for the construction of the database of the social security department.
