With the popularization of network technology and the wide application of computer,the society has entered the network age.The effective management of information through network technology can reduce the uncertainty and risk in the decision-making of enterprises,make every resource more reasonable,create more wealth for enterprises and the society,and realize the management information is an important competitive way in every industry.Therefore,in order to realize the strategic development of the enterprise,the quality information management system developed and designed for the final product inspection management as the link of customer order demand guarantee is especially important.Through the Chinese and foreign language database retrieval,understand the current status and trends of the finished product quality information system,domestic and foreign finished product quality related system to carry out in-depth research,and the actual office environment of the company,to determine the relevant software development technology,The system adopts a three-layer B/S architecture model,Eclipse development platform,Java Object Oriented Programming Language,Tomcat server technology,Oracle background database and UML unified modeling language.This paper designs and realizes the system according to the software development flow.At the demand analysis stage,starting from the analysis of the existing management mode of the product inspection,the work flow of the product inspection is studied in depth,and the functional goal and feasibility of the quality management information system is determined;By using UML technology to model the system,the detailed use case analysis of the various functions needed to be implemented by the system is made.According to the result of requirement analysis,the overall functional module design of the quality management information system is completed under B/S model,and based on the overall functional module design,the detailed design of each module is completed gradually by using UML technology.Installation and development software,based on the design phase of the system,using the Java language to start specific programming work,build up the operating environment and design and management including basic data,plan,test management,audit,approval,unqualified trial,statistic,system security and others.After the software design is completed,the test environment is built to test whether the functionality of the finished product quality management information system meets the user's daily product inspection management work,including functional and non-functional testing.Through the research of this topic,a set of quality management information system with simple and strong pertinence is developed and designed,which can achieve scientific and informatization management of the inspection of finished products,and provide a reference model for the development of other quality management information systems.
