Finished product warehouse management system is an important function of manufacturing execution system. The finished product warehouse management system of hot rolling mill is an important foundation of storage and logistics, it can not only provide detailed production information, but also can guide the production based on the analysis of production information accurately and timely. The production in the 21st century is inseparable from the information technology, the information technology can allow enterprises have a keen perception of the constant changing market demand and timely adjust the production plan, can also achieve energy-saving emission reduction in the production process of iron and steel enterprises, and improve the percentage of stack utilization.(1) through the introduction of the finished product warehouse management system, to understand the development of the domestic and foreign finished product warehouse management system. And the principle of BP neural network algorithm is also introduced.(2) researching the finished product warehouse storage algorithm, complete taxonomic by K-Means algorithm, and then by BP neural network to achieve storage stack position specified, ready for the next outbound processing.(3) researching algorithm of the finished product coming out the warehouse, proposing the cost function of crane operation, with special stacking plan, and completing the orders of the finished steel coming out from the finished warehouse.(4) developed a simple product library management software, using ASP.NET and C# programming language, based on the B/S architecture, through the software programming to make human-computer interaction interface design. The system has the characteristics of high reliability, strong practicability and friendly interface, which not only improves the efficiency of production and management level, but also improves the environment of making production decision.
