In recent years,against the background of rapid economic development and the continuous improvement of financial market mechanisms,the domestic fund industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,fund companies are also facing greater competition and challenges.Increased competition in the industry has made fund companies gradually change their business focus and begin to establish a "customer-centric" marketing service system.Therefore,it is urgent for fund companies to expand their core competitiveness through using the informatized technology to establish a customer relationship management system,which is suitable for the business.Only in this way can the innovation of customer management patterns and the improvement of company operating efficiency be achieved.The thesis describes a solution to the problem of inconsistent data information,cumbersome and inefficient work,and unclear business processes in the customer relationship management in the background of the rapid development of the fund industry,that is the design and implementation of some functions of customer relationship management system for fund company.The thesis first introduces the development background of the fund industry in China and the research status of customer relationship management at home and aboard,and then introduces the relevant technologies and theories needed in the implementation of the system,and then analyzes some demands of the customer relationship management system in the fund company,including the demands of office management,customer management,sale management,service management and system management,also explains the overall architecture design of the system.On this basis,the thesis completes more detailed module design,including the functional design of modules and the design of database entity,and finally,under the guidance of the overall design,completes the detailed design of the system and the implementation of the system.The system is based on B/S architecture and MVC model.The front-end and back-end are developed separately.The front-end development uses Vue.js framework to complete data rendering and page jumping.Element is used as the UI framework.The back-end uses Spring Boot as the development framework and uses My Batis to complete data persistence.My SQL database is used for data storage,and Redis is used as the cache database to improve data access efficiency.The practice has proved that the functions of the customer relationship management system for fund company realized by the thesis has good application value.Function of the system have been launched and used actually,and it has reached the design goal of optimizing business work and improving the efficiency of customer relationship management and service,it has also accelerated the pace of information construction of fund company..
