In the tobacco industry, customer relationship management(CRM) system is one of the core business system, under the background of the advanced information technology and extensive application of the technolgoy, because there are many shortage, the original customer relationship management(CRM) systems can not meet the needs of the tobacco enterprise applications. First of all, some of the important business operation, the system cannot provide related support, lead to the business process is not reasonable; Second, because the design of the system architecture is not very reasonable, it can not provide users with an overall fault treatment scheme and mechanism, system availability is low; Third, in terms of information architecture, system can’t fully record the business data of the enterprise, especially some important business data, tend to be missed. Therefore, it is very necessary to research and implement a set of tobacco industry customer relationship management system for users.This thesis analyzes for the present situation of the tobacco industry customer relationship management(CRM), according to user requirements, designs and implements a set of efficient customer relationship management(CRM) system which suitable for thetobacco industry. The key of the thesis mainly includes:(1) based on ASP.NET technology, the author applies the the thought of multi-tier architecture to the detailed design of each function module and implementation of coding, maximize realizes the logic independence between function modules, improve the flexibility and adaptability of the system function.(2) based on the theory of Boston matrix, the thesis establishes the mathematical model for the data of the customer relationship management(CRM) system, and conducts the algorithm analysis and the implementation of the data structure.(3) Detailed design and implement the customer basic information maintenance, visit plan maintenance and sales opportunity management, marketing management, customer management, customer information feedback statistics, workbench function module, etc.In the later of the project development, system function and performance index are verified, and revises the problems and potential defects, eventually makes the indicators of the system meet the needs of users. At present, the system has been in the running stage, from the running stuation to see, the use of the system, for improving the efficiency of the customer relationship management for tobacco industry, speeding up the reaction time to market information, it has a significant role. In addition, the system provides data analysis of diversified way and decision-making basis for the decision makers of the enterprise, it has important significance in improving the enterprise competitiveness in the market.
