With the continuous development and wide application of computer science,the effect of computer application in all walks of life is self-evident,especially in informatization management.Hospital Information System,HIS(hospital Information System),the Laboratory Information System(Laboratory Information Management System,the LIS),image archiving and communication System(picture archiving and communication systems,PACS),Electronic Medical Record(EMR)Electronic Medical Record,such as common into hospitals.Hemodialysis is a safe and effective treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease.Through dialysis treatment,the blood metabolites are filtered out to eliminate toxins and maintain acid and alkaline balance.Hemodialysis patients is different from in the center of the outpatients were different in hospitalized patients,the existing system can't satisfy demand,a lot of work is not optimization,still need to manually to record information.Manual record more and more,the computer more and more complex position and accepts time longer and longer,the medical information is more and more big,these give managers,doctors and nurses bring huge challenges,dialysis process management has become more difficult,the traditional artificial management way already can not adapt to the requirements of modern hospital management,tedious manual record,medical data and cannot be used very good.Therefore,it is necessary to design and develop a treatment information system for patients with renal disease.This is also an effective way to ensure the safety of hemodialysis and improve hemodialysis efficiency and service quality.The whole system designed in this thesis is based on the B/S architecture design pattern(based on Internet explorer),which is built on the Intranet of the renal disease center.On the server operating system,Windows system is selected.Provide network operation platform;WWW service USES the IIS website to publish the platform;The database of the website USES ORACLE;Providing high-performance data storage;System development tools adopt MS C#.NET technology;The whole server software ensures the seamless connection and efficient operation of the whole system because of the efficient combination software.This system design mainly includes the following several modules according to function demand patient information,outpatient management,management of hemodialysis,peritoneal dialysis management,drug management,report management,comprehensive query,systems management.In this thesis,the design of kidney disease treatment information system in accordance with the requirements of the medical staff has been used online and continuously perfect in the department,the preliminary implementation information recorded electronically dialysis treatment for kidney disease patients,but also provides patients with a full range of information management,make the hemodialysis treatment systematic information,automation,information management,improve quality and service department work reduce health risks,improve the quality of survival for patients.
