Building And Practice Of The Hemodialysis Machine Network And Data Management System

This article argues for the importance of establishing a treatment data managementsystem by clarifying the development and fundamental of hemodialysis, the need ofspecial care in hemodialysis, the recording and analyzing of treatment data. However,there’s a lot of limitation of the therapy data management system(TDMS). We take ananalysis of it with consideration of the background of hemodialysis center and theapplication of network system in Yinzhou No.2Hospital, Ningbo. The hemodialysis centerneeds much more time to care, record, and analyze when expanding day by day withoutTDMS, and it leads to a waste of time and the data missing or increasing error. It isimportant for Yinzhou No.2hospital to establish and improve the TDMS. In summary, thisarticle focus on the work flow of the hemodialysis program, the requirement analysis ofTDMS and the implementation of TDMS in hemodialysis center of Yinzhou No.2Hospital.The hemodialysis program starts from a patient entering the hemodialysis centerwith his exclusive card. The data on hemodialysis machine will be transferred to thesystem automatically and it needs to be recorded and analyzed in the system. Themain function of the TDMS includes patient management, equipment management,depot management, statistical analysis and system management. We also evaluateand test the system through the clinical application in hemodialysis center of Ningboyinzhou No.2hospital.Building a data management system which access and analysis the datain real time from hemodialysis machines by network, Designing the work flowand constructing an overall system including software system and hardwareauxiliary equipment, has a very important significance to improve the securityand efficiency of the hemodialysis system. It is a future development trend ofthe management system of hemodialysis.
