With the rapid development of Chinese economy, hemodialysis technology has a wide range of applications, and more and more hemodialysis patients have been treated and saved. While developing hemodialysis machine has become more mature, operation of hemodialysis machine become ease and technology is improved. Even in some developed areas there have emerged dialysis supermarkets to bring convenience of the treatment of the environment to the majority of hemodialysis patients. But the problem can not be ignored as for the importance for the medical treatment devices, such as instrument security, stability and accuracy of medical physical values. Those problems should be considered for the quality control department, the only good grasp of the hemodialysis machine key quality parameters can truly protect the interests of patients. For this purpose, this paper analyse hemodialysis machine detection and key parameters and technology, focusing on the several key parameters, such as the conductivity, pH, temperature, static(dynamic) pulse pressure, flow, and dialysate pressure, and thus the quality of hemodialysis machine will be more comprehensive tested and quality controlled to ensure the safe use of blood dialysis machine for patients and an important significance for whole society.This paper research includes both hardware and software components, in which hardware components including data acquisition and computer interface; software part includes embedded data processing program and computer program for data display. The hardware part is mainly composed of the power supply module, temperature module, pH module, conductivity module, standard pressure module, static(dynamic) pulse pressure module, flow modules, communication modules wired and wireless communication module. The major functions of the software are data processes and data displays in terms of real-time acquisition-related measurement parameters and thus automatically generate test calibration data documents according to the relevant parameters.For hemodialysis machine calibration, the use of high-precision sensors and high-speed data acquisition and combination windows system are used to design of hemodialysis machine quality control system for the key parameters. The paper mainly done there:1. Through market research to understand the basic principles of various types of hemodialysis machines, this provide theoretical guidance for the design of key parameters in hemodialysis machine quality control system. By consulting the quality inspection departments and medical departments, hemodialysis machine brand distribution and the use of the status quo are obtained.2. High-speed real-time multi-parameter acquisition research technology is studied to replace single-parameter meter for the calibration of hemodialysis machine parameters.3. Multi-parameter mutual correction methods is studied to improve measurement accuracy. Bluetooth wireless data transfer method is used to improve the traditional wired communication, while achieving a host of multiple detection devices transmit data simultaneously, reducing human resources, improve work efficiency.4. Research Design and Implementation of windows system display and control software platform based on linear interpolation and linear fitting algorithm to ensures stable and reliable measurement data.5. By event-driven and multi-thread technology, data processing is put in the background processing thread to avoid congestion to improved data collection and display of interactivity.
