The Design And Implementation Of Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders Patients Treatment Information Management System

At present, the medical related information systems have been widely used at home and abroad, and the database systems oriented to some specific domain are also in a high-speed development. Functional gastrointestinal disorders is one of the chronic diseases that widely affect the quality of human life. During the study of its curative effects, massive data have to be collected and analyzed, but the information system which is special for the management of functional gastrointestinal disorders treatment research is still blank. Therefore, manage the research processes and data using information technology is in need.Traditional manual works is limited to process massive data and hinders the smooth development of functional gastrointestinal disorders treatment research. To resolve this problem, this paper based on the correlative technique such as information system and database presents a solution to manage the functional gastrointestinal disorders treatment research processes and data using information technology.The author analyzed the user’s needs and divided the system into five modules: patient data management、appointment treatment、follow-up management、statistical analysis and system management. This article introduces the design process after needs analysis. This system is based on C/S architecture. The client was designed according to the three-tier architecture. In the design process, each layer was abstracted to a number of sub-modules. Based on the object-oriented ideas, the corresponding classes and methods for each sub-module were designed for its functions. Then, this paper presented the implementation of the system design. Finally, the problems in system design were summarized and the further research was prospected as well.The establishment of this system for the treatment and researching of functional gastrointestinal disorders provides a highly efficient and stable solution. It will accelerate the research progress in the field of relevant medical specialist in the future.
