With the development of information technology,the performance of testing and measuring instruments has been significantly improved and widely used in all walks of life.In the actual measurement environment,there are always various signals and physical signals,including voltage,current,frequency,strain,temperature,acceleration and so on.However,the common oscilloscopes in the domestic market can only support only a few channels of the measurement of electrical signals,and the function of the channel operation is relatively simple,often only provide four simple operations and fixed number of FFT,and so on.It can not satisfy users' need for more complex arithmetic processing of the collected signals.In this paper,the function of the custom operation of the oscillograph is studied.Through the analysis and optimization of various arithmetic algorithms,the operation function of the oscillograph is enriched,some characteristic operation interfaces are added,and the accuracy of operation function on this instrument platform is ensured.It mainly includes simple mathematical operations,some special functions and spectral operations,as well as formulas defined by multi-channel operations.(1)simple mathematical operation design.In order to enrich the operational function of the oscillograph and enhance the processing capability of the instrument,the number of variable points FFT,digital filtering,trigonometric function operation,phase shift,binary operation,spectrum operation,pulse width calculation and so on,which greatly increase the number of instruments,are also increased in addition to four operations between the common two channels.According to the operation interface.(2)mixed operation design.In order to adapt to the complex test environment in reality,a hybrid operation function is designed,which can carry on the combined operation of various kinds of multi-channel signals by custom editing formula,that is to do more complex processing,greatly improving the data processing capability of the oscillograph.(3)system efficiency analysis.With the improvement of hardware and software,the functions supported by various measuring instruments are becoming more and more perfect.The following problem is that the development of the instruments tends to be homogeneous.At this time,it is a good development direction to start with efficiency from the premise of meeting the basic functions.By optimizing the compiler and optimizing the software,the efficiency of the whole system is optimized and the work efficiency is improved.Based on the research in this paper,the custom operation of the oscillograph can achieve up to 39 basic function operations,and in conjunction with the use of the formula editor to edit the custom formula to edit the input,and complete the more complex processing of the channel data.Through the verification of various operational functions of oscillograph,we can achieve the expected design goals.Therefore,the design and implementation of the custom operation function of the oscillograph provides a reference for the research on the operational function of the domestic related measuring instruments.
