Follow-up Based Operation Efficiency Analysis Platform Design

As Hospital Information Systems' development, hospitals have accumulated amountain of medical information. The information is significantly valuable for thestudy. But the utilization of the information is not sufficient.In this article, we use the clinical information as research data. We design theHospital Follow-up System by which we could get the relative data. The operationeffect analysis platform--a semi-auto clinical decision-support system is constructedbased on the follow-up system. The platform This platform could offer the doctorseffect analysis. Thereby the best operation scheme is chosen.The OEAP is designed to collect information of the patients who have leavehospitals.All the data is being combined with the EMR. All the data is beingpretreated to form doctor's advice sequence and therapeutic scheme. Therapeuticscheme repository is constructed.We improved the traditional survival rate adding the quality of life as weight. Asa result, this arithmetic could evaluate the operation scheme from both survival timeand quality of life.Finally we illustrate the process using a hospital data about the recta cancerpatients. With the data we reason the four therapeutic scheme by compositor.
