Internet of Things application involves all aspects of the national economy and human social life,its main application areas include traffic management,intelligent agriculture and industry,digital home,modern logistics management and health care,etc.ZigBee technology is the important part of Internet of things,because of the advantages of its low cost,low power consumption,ad hoc networks,and network advantages of large capacity,ZigBee has a very broad application prospects,and has become a hot spots of research and application in the world today.As a protocol conversion device between different networks,gateway plays an important pivotal role in network connectivity.This thesis realizes the connectivity between ZigBee wireless network and heterogeneous network,so as to achieve the goals of ZigBee network data sharing,ZigBee network equipment and the state of the network control and management purposes through the gateway device.What's more,this thesis designs a gateway solution to connect ZigBee wireless network to Ethernet for medical care applications,and using ZigBee module and motion module MPU9250 to design an IP-ZigBee gateway system,realizing the motion sensor data collection,two-way data transmission,ZigBee network control and management,protocol conversion and so on.In addition,this thesis also designs a model suitable for medical care of wearable joint motion measuring instrument device.It can realize accurate measurement for the joint movement degree of patients,and then provides reference for the rehabilitation of joint damage patients.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.This thesis studies the current several popular wireless communication technologies,finding that ZigBee technology has more advantages in power consumption,cost,ad-hoc network,network capacity and is more in line with the project application requirements through the comparison and analysis.So ZigBee technology is adopted for wireless networking and collecting motion sensing data.2.Through the contrast analysis of several commonly used schemes for connecting ZigBee wireless networks to heterogeneous networks at present,and then presenting my own type of Ethernet gateway scheme in this thesis.Data acquisition and transmission is realized by using ZigBee RF module on the hardware.ARM processor is the core of hardware platform,combined with Ethernet control chip DM9000,completing hardware structures and design of ZigBee sensor module and Ethernet drive.Completing the software design of the related modules on the basis of the hardware design.3.Through the proposed gateway design scheme in this paper,combining with the project technical requirements,this thesis realizes the choice of hardware platform and the related hardware circuit design,and the software development of the entire IP-ZigBee gateway system.A gateway application layer communication protocal is designed for practical applications.The test verifies that the protocol is stable and reliable.The communication rate of sensor access network is studied,b y improving the part of acceptance of the cache section in the MAC layer of Z-Stack,maximum network throughput is up to 26.47 Kbps.4.Based on the motion sensor MPU9250,this thesis designs a wearable motion measuring instrument device applied in the field of medical area,completing software and hardware development,and designing a posture monitoring upper computer software integrating each function module through the VS2010/MFC.Kalman filter is introduced to integrate the data of motion sensor,by simplifying the filter model and directly calculating the non-zero term in the covariance matrix of the state estimation error,it reduces the amount of computation,while ensuring the accuracy of the estimation,at the same time,the real time of the algorithm is improved.The final accuracy of pitch angle?roll angle and yaw angle are respectively within 1.24 degree?1.27 degree and 2.61 degree.
